You will also champion commercial best practice across the organisation, driving improvements to processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance performance and deliver long-term value.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, contracts, or related leadership roles within complex Defence, Government, engineering, infrastructure, or project-based environments.

- Significant experience leading commercial teams and developing commercial capability.
- Extensive experience in contract negotiation, contract management, and customer relationship management.
- Experience leading commercial aspects of major bids, opportunities, and strategic pursuits.
- Experience managing complex commercial risks, claims, disputes, and contractual issues.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic business decision making.
