Role Introduction
We are seeking a
Senior Airport Lead for a
6-month, fixed-term, full-time position, based at
Adelaide Airport.
This role oversees and supervises the team during an operational shift to ensure our airport operations run smoothly and efficiently in Adelaide, whilst conforming to safety and security standards. The successful candidate must have the flexibility to proactively anticipate changing priorities and have a hands-on approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Item 1 of 7,Lead and supervise GHA teams dedicated to Cathay flight operations, including conducting flight briefings, and fostering a motivated and positive team environment
- Item 2 of 7,Ensure GHA teams are equipped with product knowledge, skills and training to provide the highest possible quality of experience for our customers across all touch points
- Item 3 of 7,Rigorously execute corporate safety, security and quality policies to ensure the station, employees and suppliers are fully compliant with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Item 4 of 7,Promoting and developing a culture of zero tolerance on safety and security incidents
- Item 5 of 7,Continuously drive improvement in operational performance, effectiveness and productivity
- Item 6 of 7,Proactively prevent and manage flight disruptions and irregularities
- Item 7 of 7,Support and carry out station administration duties as required
Requirements
- Able to work shifts from Monday to Sunday
