Rishworth Aviation is seeking an FAA First Officer (BE350) to join a diversified aviation group conducting agricultural flight operations in Papua New Guinea.
The successful candidate will assist in the safe and efficient operation of the company's King Air 350i fleet, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures while supporting flight operations across Papua New Guinea.
This position is offered on either a 12 weeks on/6 weeks off or 3 weeks on/3 weeks off rotation. Company-provided accommodation, flights, and ground transportation are included while based in Papua New Guinea.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient operation of the Beechcraft King Air 350 aircraft.
- Conduct pre-flight planning, including weather analysis, fuel calculations, performance planning, and route preparation.
- Perform thorough pre-flight, en-route, and post-flight duties in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor aircraft systems and operational performance throughout all phases of flight.
Job Requirements
- FAA CPL (MEIR)
- King Air 350 type rating preferred; pilots without a type rating may be considered subject to experience.
- Previous experience operating in remote, regional, or challenging environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to rotational schedules and remote-base living conditions.
