Tasks
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Workforce Transformation Intern to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in innovative workforce strategies, HR technology implementations, and change management processes.
The team Workforce Transformation and Strategic Workforce Planning develops tools and guidelines for transformation processes that can be applied throughout the LH Group and supports departments directly in transformation to drive sustainable employability.
As an intern you can assume responsibility and:
- Assist with the analysis and evaluation of current workforce practices
- Support project teams in the development and implementation of new HR solutions and technologies
- Participate in workshops and training sessions related to workforce planning and talent management
- Help document processes and create reports on project progress and outcomes
- Engage in research activities to support ongoing projects and recommend improvements

Requirements
What do we need from you?
- You are at least in the third semester of your study at the time of the internship
- You are matriculated for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or you are completing the internship between your Bachelor´s and Master´s year (Gap Year)
- Strong interest in workforce trends, digital transformation, and organizational development
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data analytics tools is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to rapidly changing environments
