Tasks
We want to make process management at the Frankfurt Hub fit for the future and transform it into a new, user-friendly format. The tasks include:
- Support with the inventory of technical objects in the technical management system
- Recording and auditing of existing processes
- Design and documentation of processes
- Transferring processes into a new format, including designing the tool
- Design of infotainment content
- Design of multimedia content
- Cross-departmental collaboration in cultural projects
- Data maintenance and administrative tasks

Requirements
We expect the following requirements:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
- Very good knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of English
