Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Land Acquisition Project Coordinator to be working for one of our large clients. In this role, you will manage land acquisitions for a fast-moving program, track multiple ROW Agents workloads and progress, and consult with the client. You will also provide effective, skilled project management to help our team deliver projects in a timely, cost-effective manner.
Responsibilities include:
* Working directly with the client,
* Assist ROW Agents with land acquisition,
* Oversee acquisition package preparation,
* Maintaining project files, database management, and responding to public inquiries.

* Proven experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Google Earth
* Experience with leading teams, coordinating meetings and tracking projects
* Capable of working independently, and interfacing with teams consisting of varying disciplines
* College degree required.
