Job Responsibilities
To support the review, validation, and organization of aircraft technical records required for aircraft lease return projects. The trainee will assist in ensuring that maintenance records, regulatory documents, and compliance evidence are complete, accurate, and aligned with lease agreement requirements and airworthiness regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Records Review
- Review aircraft technical records for completeness, accuracy, and traceability.
- Verify maintenance documentation against regulatory and lease return requirements.
- Assist in identifying missing, incomplete, or inconsistent records.
- Support the reconciliation of aircraft configuration records with actual aircraft status.
Compliance Verification
- Review Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and modification records.
- Assist in validating Life Limited Part (LLP) documentation and back-to-birth traceability.
- Verify maintenance program compliance records.
- Support the review of engine, landing gear, and APU historical records.
Data Management
- Digitize, index, and organize technical documents.
- Maintain document trackers and lease return status reports.
- Update records databases and monitor document retrieval activities.
- Ensure proper document naming, version control, and archival standards.
Lease Return Support
- Assist in preparing records packages for lessors, regulatory authorities, and auditors.
- Support technical records audits conducted by lessors and third-party representatives.
- Track and follow up on outstanding documentation from maintenance providers and internal departments.
Quality and Documentation
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
- Support quality checks of scanned and uploaded documents.
- Prepare summary reports highlighting documentation gaps and corrective actions.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to technical records management.
