With a strong pipeline of work in the renewable energy, energy storage, water and transport sectors our New South Wales team is part of a national planning and environmental approvals practice, enabling you to work on projects across Australia with our 250+ strong Environmental Solutions business. Our people partner with government agencies, municipalities, private sector companies and leading environmental organisations to deliver proven industry expertise in environmental impact assessment, government approvals and environmental management for infrastructure, renewable energy and decarbonisation initiatives.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Environmental Consultant / Graduate Environmental Planner to join our Sydney or Newcastle (NSW) Planning & Environmental Approvals team in 2025.
You'll work with multi-disciplinary teams to assist in undertaking environmental impact assessments, synthesising environmental approvals documentation, develop effective environmental management and mitigation strategies and work with clients to understand their requirements and deliver innovative solutions. We’ll mentor you each step of the way as part of our Graduate Development Program to ensure you’re set up for success. The role can be based in either our Sydney or our Newcastle office.
Ideally, by January 2025 you'll hold a university degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar. This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in Australia.
