You will work hands-on in a collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise to design, execute, and analyze formulation experiments that push the boundaries of the industry. Pay $53.45/hour Required Skills & Qualifications: B.S. or M.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or a related field 5+ years (Bachelors), 3+ years (Masters), or 0-1 year (PhD) experience Proven hands-on laboratory skills in pharmaceutical formulation, process development, or sterile product manufacturing Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Self-driven, meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Nice to Have Skills: Experience with biologics and sterile formulation Knowledge of aseptic processes in non-GMP/GLP environments Familiarity with benchtop unit operations like mixing, filtration, and lyophilization Biophysical and biochemical analytical methods such as DLS, DSC, DSF, SDS-PAGE, or UV/Vis Proficiency with statistical software such as JMP Previous experience with biologics, pharmaceutical companies, or Merck Other Requirements: This position is on-site for a one-year term in Rahway, NJ Ability to work in a laboratory environment adhering to safety and GMP standards Willingness to support stability and stress testing, perform laboratory execution, and collaborate across functions Johnson Service Group, Inc.
