Flight Instructor (IRI) | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Are you an experienced Flight Instructor looking for a role that goes beyond traditional flight training?
We are seeking professional, adaptable and customer-focused instructors to join a growing flight training organisation operating a modern fleet of technically advanced single-engine aircraft.
The Opportunity This position offers the chance to work closely with a diverse client base, delivering high-quality training while helping pilots progress safely and confidently through their aviation journey.
Both
full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
For part-time instructors, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate meaningful ongoing commitment to the organisation, with a preferred availability of approximately
8 days per month or more.
Requirements Essential
- Unrestricted Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI) qualification preferred.
- Strong instructional and piloting skills.
- Ability to operate in a professional, client-focused training environment.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability.
Desirable
- Experience operating technically advanced aircraft.
- Commercial mindset and customer-service orientation.
- Ability to adapt training styles to individual clients and circumstances.
Previous experience on the specific aircraft type is
not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Training & Development Significant investment is made in every new instructor, including:
- Aircraft type training.
- Advanced systems familiarisation.
- Standardisation and instructional development.
- Customer experience and service delivery training.
- Access to simulation resources to support aircraft conversion and ongoing development.
Package Full-Time
- Salary circa £45,000 per annum
- Performance-related bonus opportunities

Part-Time
- £250-£300 per day
- Flexible scheduling with regular availability required
