We are looking for B1 Licensed Engineers for a project in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform base maintenance on A330 CF6 aircraft
Carry out detailed inspections, functional checks and operational tests on airframe, engine and associated systems.
Use OEM and airline maintenance tools and systems to diagnose aircraft system faults and interpret technical data.
Troubleshoot and rectify defects on CF6 engines and related systems, ensuring correct fault isolation and resolution.
Complete and certify maintenance tasks, issuing CRS in line with Part-145 and company procedures.
Record all work performed in maintenance documentation and IT systems, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
Coordinate with maintenance control, planning and other engineering staff to optimise aircraft downtime and task allocation.
Adhere to safety, quality and human factors standards at all times in the working environment.
Key Requirements:
Valid EASA Part-66 B1 licence with type rating on A330 (CF6)
Proven experience performing maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting on commercial aircraft, preferably widebody.
Strong competence in aircraft systems diagnostics using OEM and airline maintenance tools and technical publications.
Demonstrated ability to certify maintenance tasks and issue CRS within B1 privileges.
Solid experience in troubleshooting and rectification of CF6 engines and associated systems.
Strong understanding of EASA Part-145 requirements, safety practices and maintenance documentation standards.
Ability to work effectively in a shift-based, time-critical maintenance environment.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety and EWIS training current to regulatory standards.
European Passport
Qualifications:
EASA Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence (required).
A330 CF6 type rating
Completed approved basic training in aircraft maintenance engineering or equivalent apprenticeship.
Current Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety and EWIS certificates (preferred).
Valid right to work in the relevant European country for the duration of the contract.
