Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a Technical Program Manager with large-scale cloud transformation and modernization experience. This is an opportunity with a client seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to support senior leadership and drive key cloud transformation initiatives across multiple teams and business units.(Hybrid, New York) Must Have skills Strong experience leading large-scale cloud transformation and modernization programs. Proven experience delivering AWS and cloud migration/transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-scale programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams. Strong experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder ecosystems across teams and business units. Executive-level communication skills with experience driving governance, reporting, and senior leadership engagement. Ability to operate confidently at a senior level while maintaining accountability for program execution across multiple teams. Responsibilities Lead key cloud transformation and modernization programs from planning through execution. Drive AWS and broader cloud migration and transformation initiatives. Manage enterprise-scale programs consisting of multiple interconnected workstreams. Coordinate execution across multiple teams, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders. Establish and maintain effective program governance, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication. Provide clear program updates, risks, dependencies, and progress reporting to senior leadership. Support senior leadership in driving high-visibility strategic initiatives. Maintain alignment among stakeholders while ensuring program objectives and transformation priorities remain on track. Drive execution and accountability across complex, cross-functional environments. Other pertinent information This is a highly visible Technical Program Manager role with significant engagement with senior leadership. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating at a senior level and navigating complex stakeholder environments. The role requires the ability to balance executive-level communication and governance responsibilities with hands-on program execution across multiple teams and business units.
