Role Introduction
Reports to: Digital & IT Talent Development Lead
This position will play a supportive role in creating and implementing robust talent development strategies and early career programmes to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Digital & IT, this individual will be responsible for supporting learning initiatives, coordinates DGT and IT technical trainings and budget planning, and ensuring continuous professional development across our digital & IT workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Development Team in conducting training needs analysis to identify both skill gaps and growth opportunities within the Digital and IT team
- Collaborate with different sub-teams and prioritized talent groups to design and develop tailored training programmes to address identified role-specific needs, especially on technical certifications
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of learning activities deployment including sourcing, scheduling, platform testing, logistics & venue arrangement, and participant management
- Track and analyze training data and survey feedback to generate reports using automation tools on training effectiveness, employee performance, and skill development
- Review and perform user data analytics, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data within the records, dashboards, and Learning Management System
- Stay updated with Digital and IT industry trends, emerging technologies, training offerings, and best practices in learning and development
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of external training vendors, manage vendor onboarding process and relationships. Summarise technical training budgets across teams for DGT and IMT.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of early careers programmes’ initiatives
- Contribute to other activities or projects across the wider Digital & IT Talent Development function
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology related discipline is preferred
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in project management, learning & development, or talent development; or in the IT industry with passion and experience in the above areas
- Passionate in change management, with the ability to execute in a dynamic and agile environment
- Experience in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development in technology-related disciplines is a plus
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and interpret metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Proven detail-minded individual contributor who can demonstrate the ability to engage and collaborate with others
- Strong potential in relationship and stakeholder management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
