Role Introduction
Reports to: Total Rewards Manager
The job holder supports the Total Rewards Manager in developing the global total rewards programmes across multiple locations, to ensure the right rewards framework and tools are in place in the Company, effectively incentivise and recognise high performance to support the Company to achieve business objectives.
This position offers a fixed-term contract until 31 Dec 2025.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advisory and full support in assigned C&B areas such as compensation design, global mobility, employee benefits and policy & compliance
- Support the design and implementation of employee compensation and benefits and retirement programmes in all jurisdictions by managing and evaluating data submission and market trends.
- Assist in review and revamp C&B related policy and practices
- Participate in rewards-related and any other HR projects as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Organisational Psychology or business-related discipline
- Minimum 6 years working experience as HR generalist and/or HR advisory, business partnering experience
- Well-versed with common HR practices and sound knowledge of statutory and compliance requirements including Employment Ordinance, pensions legislations and other relevant laws and regulation for Hong Kong, and other regions around the world will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
