📢 We are looking for our next SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to join the Sales USA Management team in Los Angeles, USA. You will be responsible for driving profitable business growth through the opening of new markets and clients, along with the development of existing accounts, ensuring that the level of service offered aligns with our customers' needs, directly contributing to keeping millions of people connected with the world.

🚀 There’s no routine here; every day brings a new challenge. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement the short and medium-term commercial strategy, including customer and destination segmentation.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in new and existing markets through effective client relationships based on the analysis of market reports.
- Provide market feedback to the company's internal teams (Revenue Management and Commercial Planning).
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including the negotiation of medium and long-term agreements (freight forwarders, brokers, fixed capacity agreements, etc.).
- Identify and lead improvements in commercial processes that result in efficiencies, revenue increases, and improved customer service quality.
- Prepare, analyze and present results and progress in commercial projects periodically.
- Proactively promoteLATAM Cargo by visiting clients, attending conferences, and participating in client events, among other activities.
🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?
- Be a professional with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- If you know your way around Google Workspace, you're already one step ahead because for this position, it's very necessary!
- It will be a plus if you also have a driver's license.
- We need you to have an advanced level of English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
