Position Summary
The DataCenter Engineer leads end-to-end new product introduction programs, expedite and coordinate the efforts of planning, and process development to deliver products on time, on cost, and on quality. This role support to coordinate cross-functional activities, establishes stage-gate plans, drives manufacturing readiness, and ensures supplier and plant capabilities for successful launches and sustained performance
Qualifications
Program Leadership
Support DataCenter projects through stage-gate from concept to launch and ramp.
Helps to define, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
Follow up project charters, change control, and stakeholder communications.
Track milestones and remove roadblocks to protect critical paths.
Product Launch Planning
Build and maintain integrated master schedules and critical paths.
Plan pilot builds, validation testing, PPAP/APQP (as applicable), and ramp-to-volume.
Coordinate tooling, fixtures, equipment readiness, and process validation.
Drive manufacturing readiness for datacenter products.
Partner with Supply Chain to select and onboard suppliers for new products..
Achieve cost targets through value engineering and DFM/DFMA.
Build costed BOMs and track material, labor, and overhead variances.
Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and execute mitigation/contingency plans.
Prepare ramp plans, capacity models, and readiness gates for SOP.
Qualifications
B.S. Degree in an Engineering Mechanical, Chemical or similar
2 years in Manufacturing Experience
Business English level
Design and drawings interpretation experience
Project development
Competencies: Problem solving and analytics skills
