About The Role & Team
As a Product Specialist in the SITA Communications and Data Exchange team, you will join our dynamic Network Product Team in implementing the product marketing strategy, clear customer communications and product roadmap. Air transport is the world’s most global industry, and it’s built on global connectivity and powered by data. SITA’s Communications and Data Exchange portfolio securely connects airlines, airports, border agencies and passengers, all over the world and we process more industry data than any other provider.
As the air transport industry moves to digital and cloud-based systems, you will play a vital role supporting the product management of SITA’s Network Portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of our products.
What You Will Do
- Market research and analysis:
- Conduct research on trends related to our products, technologies, and market.
- Gather customer needs and competitors’ analysis.
- Collect salesforce’ feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Analyse product usage to identify trends and insights.
- Product development and lifecycle:
- Create engaging product collaterals.
- Support in managing product roadmap tools and KPI dashboard.
- Assist in product development and business case creation.
- Project coordination: Support the coordination of project activities and timelines.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
