POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Strategise and Promote a structured methodology of Enterprise Risk Management to minimise and mitigate company’s internal and external risks exposures in achieving company ‘s Vision and Mission.
Essential Position Functions
- Plan and implement a structured and standardise method of risk identification, risk analysis / assessment and risk treatment in order to develop the Airport, Departmental and Project Risk Registers and Corporate Risk Profile and action plans to mitigate / control the risks exposures.
- Analyse, consult and track actions on risk control and risk treatment to improve the Airport/Departmental and Corporate Risk Profile.
- Plan, budget and implement the Risk Management activities as scheduled to ensure effective and efficient implementation.
- Negotiate and Procure Malaysia Airports’ and its subsidiaries’ annual insurance programme as part of the risk financing mechanism.
- Plan and conduct workshops and seminars to create/enhance awareness and obtain Management and staff buy-in on Risk Management.
- Continuous monitoring and tracking of the Airport/Departmental Risk Register, Corporate Risk Profile, Insurance programme etc to ensure that it is updated to reflect current changes and development.
Key Challenges
- Buy-in and commitment from all levels – Senior Management and staff
- Not prioritizing and not implementing Risk Management as per required schedule due to their core function’s demands and priorities.
- IT system support to ensure easy accessibility to the Malaysia Airports risk scorecard system.

Relevant Industries
EXTERNAL
- Degree with minimum 7 years relevant experience.
Education
EXTERNAL
- Degree preferably with specialization Risk Management.
