About The Role & Team
We are looking for a Associate User-Experience designer, responsible for conceiving designs and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of products and iterate upon them to ensure a great user experience. This is an opportunity to be innovative with a product, research new approaches, define working practices and influence the company UX strategy.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of Experience working as a designer within software/product development & delivery
- Has a UI/UX design portfolio showcasing excellent visual design
- Experience with UX deliverables like Personas, Site maps, Prototypes, Wireframes, Style guides, Usability reports and Research reports as documents, and presentations
- Applied branding guidelines into designs
- Good understanding of responsive web, mobile design and latest design trends
- Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them. Be open to receiving feedback
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
- Key Tools: Figma, Miro (or similar whiteboarding tool), Sharpies and Photoshop
- Key Deliverables: Pixel-perfect prototypes, User personas, Visual style guides, Icon, Design specifications, storyboards, Usability test results, Investigative user studies & interviews
Nice To Have
- Good understanding of Agile and Lean UX Deliverables
- Good domain knowledge of industries like Airline
- Ideating/collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team and communicating UX with stakeholders.
- Create /maintain a library of icons, fonts and components
- Understanding of Google sprints, Design Thinking or IBM Loop etc
- Should be able to produce measurable UX outputs using qualitative and quantitative studies and relate it ROI calculation
- Good understanding of human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design and Human Cognitive behaviour Bachelor’s degree preferred
- UX certification from organisations like Human Factors International (HFI) Nelson Norman Group (NN-Group) Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) etc.
- Qualifications or certifications in Visual Design
