Position Summary
Junior Digital Analyst that supports software development, process automation, data analytics, system integration, and digital technologies. This role will work closely with different business areas to understand their processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and operational performance.
Responsibilities
Support the design, development, testing, and implementation of digital solutions for different business areas
Develop and maintain internal web applications and business tools
Support process automation initiatives using digital technologies
Create and maintain dashboards and reports
Work with SQL databases to query, analyze, and validate business information
Participate in integrations between applications, databases, ERP systems, and manufacturing systems
Gather and document business requirements from users and translate them into functional and technical requirements
Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization
Support application testing, troubleshooting, documentation, deployment, and continuous improvement
Participate in Digital Transformation projects from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
0 – 2 Years of experience.
Junior-level professional; relevant internship or professional experience is preferred
Knowledge of programming and software development concepts
Understanding of relational databases and SQL
Interest in business process automation and digital transformation
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new technologies and work with multidisciplinary teams
Good communication and documentation skills
High proficiency in English
