Role Introduction
Reports to: Airport Manager - KHH
Location/ Country: Kaohsiung/ Taiwan
Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting safe, smooth and efficient airport operations in Taiwan on a one-year fixed-term contract. You will assist customers across multiple touchpoints, contribute to daily operations and comply with established safety and security requirements.
Build your operational knowledge through required training, care for customers during disruptions and collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and airport partners. Your work will help customers feel valued, recognised and supported throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute corporate safety, security and regulatory requirements in accordance with established standards.
- Maintain operational integrity and support on-time, error-free airport operations.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge and skills needed to perform assigned operational duties.
- Deliver high-quality service across customer touchpoints and create genuine, memorable customer experiences.
- Provide attentive service to high-value customers and remain informed about the latest product updates.
- Support customers during disruptions by following local contingency plans and airport management directions.
- Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers and partners to deliver services and products to company standards.
- Assist with supplier performance monitoring and track agreed operational action plans.
- Identify ancillary revenue opportunities, including excess baggage charges and upgrades, and support station administration when required.
- Maintain professional relationships with authorities, suppliers, service providers, Oneworld partners and other airlines.
Requirements
- Taiwan Permanent Resident or Taiwan Employment Gold Card holder.
- University degree or above preferred; college graduation is the minimum requirement.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid nursing licence.
- Applicants with Taiwan indigenous status are welcome.
- Good command of written and spoken English, with local language proficiency considered an advantage.
- At least one year of airline or related industry experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing operational requirements.
- Strong sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, willingness to work shifts and undertake additional responsibilities, and ability to successfully complete all required operational training.
