Our workforce needs are changing at pace and as such we are seeking a Digital Capability Programme Lead to set foundations for the upskilling of the digital literacy of our people to meet the changing needs of our organisation.
Aligned to our key Air New Zealand strategic pillar; Digital Dexterity, this newly created role will design and deliver a customised program of foundational digital literacy learning pathways for the various employee types and learning needs across Air New Zealand, resulting in measurable digital capability uplift. The scope is very broad, from reimagining how manual work is done more digitally, right through to all leaders driving and owning digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Design a curriculum of digital uplift learning across Air New Zealand using design thinking / Human-Centered Design and Digital know-how.
- Uplift prioritised capability deliverables to support Tribe-led digital changes to workforce experience.
- Contribute to the learning approach for senior roles with digital accountability.
- Ensure dependencies for learning design and delivery are clearly communicated to key stakeholders.
- Curate a consistent approach to learning design and delivery using data and insights that meets the needs of the learner and aligns with our learning academies.
- Work closely with internal brand and communications teams to ensure we have an engaged and curious learning population.
- Keep abreast of learning approaches, learner needs and individual contexts.
- Collaborate closely to ensure alignment with other learning streams at Air New Zealand.
Experience:
- Previous experience designing and crafting effective foundational digital literacy learning pathways for various employee types and learning needs, or programmes of a similar scope
- Experience utilising CX / Human-Centered Design thinking
- Ability to quickly connect with stakeholders across all areas of the business, understand business needs, and communicate key deliverables
- A depth of understanding of the psychology of learning
- Curious nature; innovative; future focused
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience in a digital business / understanding of digital teams
- Understanding of Agile operating model highly beneficial.
