Talent Acquisition Specialist – Finance
The role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Finance at easyJet, you will be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent to join our Finance team. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to interview management and onboarding. Your role will also involve directly sourcing candidates through our careers website, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and managing offers through to contract generation. You'll play a critical role in driving our recruitment decisions and improving our hiring processes through data analysis and reporting.
What You Need To Do The Role
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong background in Talent Acquisition, whether from an agency or in-house setting, with a particular focus on finance recruitment. You'll be innovative in your approach to problem-solving, organised, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. A deep understanding of recruitment tools, platforms, and techniques is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships, are key. You'll also need to demonstrate drive, enthusiasm, adaptability, and initiative.
