Design, implement, maintain and support IT infrastructure services in accordance with business and functional requirements, using appropriate SITA standards, policies and processes across multiple projects. Implement, build, and supports infrastructure systems and platforms in accordance with agreed standards, meeting the agreed technical and functional business requirements and specifications. Ensure the integration of the requirements matches that of interacting systems, applications and services both inside and outside of SITA in the wider airline community. Participate in full lifecycle of multiple small to medium projects ensuring the solution(s) developed are able to sustain the projects' functional and business requirements. Ensure all risks and issues that affect the project are raised following set processes and are actioned appropriately. Escalate risks and issues that pose a significant impact to deliverables. This is a fully remote position reporting to SITA company headquarters located in Atlanta, Georgia. The individual performing this role must be willing to travel and work remotely from airport locations located throughout the U.S.
Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer technologies, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience in the job offered or at least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering. (In lieu or Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, will accept 7 years of experience in stated field). Stated experience must include at least 5 years of experience in each of the following: Application Deployments; and Working with each of the following: ITIL service management principles; Software development principles and programming languages; Network, security and virtualization technologies; IT security products and solutions; and System Integration. Must be willing to travel 40% of time domestically, and 30% of time internationally.
We are offering a salary of at least $114,781 per year.
