Tasks
Act as a catalyst and driving force behind an innovative service and brand experience for Austrian Airlines, contributing to the company's success.
- Conceptualizing and developing a worldwide brand strategy for Austrian through 2030 to ensure and enhance the brand's attractiveness.
- Ensuring the standardization of all relevant brand and design elements across all key touchpoints, as well as the implementation of consistent rules, standards, and guidelines.
- Developing a global brand and design strategy, as well as leading the Austrian brand in the short- and mid-term.
- Leading major projects "Lounge Terminal South Expansion," "Boeing 787-9 Phase-in," and "Austrian Uniform."
- Overseeing the conceptual development and evaluation of projects with strategic importance to the brand, as well as manage change processes with long-term significance.
- Driving the strategic development of global positioning, brand image, corporate identity and design, and a value system for the Austrian brand, ensuring holistic brand management and brand perception both internally and externally.

Requirements
- Completed university degree (Master's) in Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least 10 years of professional experience in brand management, customer experience design, or agency work Extensive knowledge in strategic brand management & brand development
- Extensive knowledge in strategic brand management & brand development Profound experience in agency management and creating agency briefings
- High level of creativity
- Knowledge in data analytics and digital media
- Strong customer understanding
- Willingness to work & personal resilience
- Fluent in business German and English
- Unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
