We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead IT operations across multiple manufacturing locations. This position will be responsible for standardizing IT processes, strengthening cybersecurity and compliance, driving technology improvements, and ensuring IT strategies support the operational needs of each site. Each location has a dedicated IT Manager who will report directly to this role. The Senior IT Manager will provide leadership, oversight, and mentorship while creating consistency and accountability across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on IT leader with strong multi-site manufacturing experience and expertise in NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a distributed team of site IT Managers (in-person and remote). Build and roll out standardized IT policies, procedures, and protocols across multiple sites. Drive IT roadmap alignment with enterprise security programs and business priorities. Lead cross-site IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder alignment. Establish and track KPIs (uptime, efficiency, security/compliance, service performance). Oversee budgets, licensing compliance, and cost-effective technology utilization. Provide oversight/auditing support toward CMMC readiness and compliance alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8–10+ years of IT management experience (multi-site manufacturing/industrial strongly preferred). Strong hands-on experience across: Network infrastructure Cybersecurity tooling (Tanium, CrowdStrike, Rapid7 preferred) Cloud computing and enterprise systems Virtualization/hypervisors (VMware vSphere/ESXi and/or Hyper-V) Proven ability to implement standardized processes across multiple locations. Excellent communication skills (including translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders).
