Summary
The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Recruiting team and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and professional hiring process. This position provides coordination, sourcing support, data management, and recruiting operations assistance while maintaining a high level of accuracy and delivering a positive candidate experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing activities including resume review and pipeline management
- Coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and ensure timely professional communication with candidates and hiring teams
- Prepare and distribute interview schedules and related materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System ATS ensuring data integrity and process compliance
- Assist with job description formatting and job postings ensuring consistency across recruiting systems and company standards
- Support maintenance and updates of recruiting templates documentation and internal process materials
- Provide administrative support for employment-based visa processes including documentation coordination status tracking and liaison support between employees and immigration counsel
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting workflows systems and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree is accepted
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative support
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage detailed administrative tasks with high accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $25-27 per hour per year however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
