Job Summary
Airport licenses and permits are crucial provisions for aviation services providers to acquire and maintain. Without these, we cannot sustain a disruption-free, reliable network for our customers.
To preserve a robust License Management System, we rely on well-structured processes supported by high quality data, analytics, and reporting. In this role, you will join our global Licenses team to help in successfully supporting our renewal and new license pursuit efforts.
The ultimate objective of the team is to help regions drive the highest possible retention rate for our current licenses and permits and to increase our win rate for the new targets we are pursuing. To do so, we will deliver timely, accurate data, and strong commercial oversight over the license program on behalf of our stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
Information Management
- Help provide data on relevant license, permit and warehouse lease topics.
- Create and maintain a database for license and permit requirements in existing and new target markets.
- When applicable, provide support for airport proposals and business development efforts requiring license and permit insights.
- Provide ad-hoc support for commercial and finance efforts related to licenses, permits and warehouse leases.
Analytics and Performance Metrics
- Assist with development of proposals, presentations, and other commercial documentation related to the pursuit of licenses and permits (new and renewal).
- Support the development of relevant performance metrics for pursuits of licenses and permits.
- Manage internal user needs and requests related to our digital asset platform.
- Actively review the digital asset platform to ensure information is current and accurate.
Management Reporting
- Ability to create and manage timely & accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement dashboards and scorecards for different audiences and user groups.
- Support building internal and external presentations with data input and analysis related to licenses, permits and warehouse leases.
- Helps maintain a strong Performance Management framework that supports improved business results and delivers optimal weekly, monthly and ad-hoc. reporting
- Enforces procedures, timelines, and guidelines for the internal stakeholder community.
- Supports the monthly license performance reporting for regions & group.
- Drives the development of procedures, data management and processing to improve and further professionalize license reporting.
- Improves data quality and drives awareness on regional responsibility for the accuracy of data, through data quality checks.
- Maintain active engagement report users to gauge quality of existing reports and explore continuous improvements.
- Support general projects at region or group level in need of license data and insights
Qualifications and Competencies
- University degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar function and/or industry.
- Structured, organized, and strong analytical skills with high attention to details.
- Profound knowledge of MS Office with advanced skills in Excel.
- Experience with Business Intelligence applications such as PowerBI, Tableau or Cognos.
- Willing to work both independently and in teams.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in fast-pace and changing environment.
- Fluent command of English as the corporate language; Spanish and any other language is a plus.
