Salary: $37.00 HR DOE Position Summary The Temporary Talent Acquisition Administrator will provide dedicated recruiting support by managing requisitions, coordinating candidate interviews, partnering with hiring managers, and proactively sourcing talent. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely staffing of production, technical, and professional positions while delivering a positive candidate experience and maintaining effective communication with hiring teams. Responsibilities: Recruitment Coordination & Requisition Management Manage assigned Aerospace Controls requisitions from opening through offer stage. Create and post job requisitions on internal and external job boards. Monitor applicant flow and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status updates within Workday and other recruiting platforms. Generate recruitment activity reports and provide status updates to HR and hiring managers. Interview Scheduling & Candidate Management Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Communicate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Conduct candidate follow-up communications regarding application status, interview scheduling, and next steps. Coordinate pre-employment activities and onboarding logistics as needed. Hiring Manager Partnership Follow up with hiring managers regarding resume reviews, interview feedback, and hiring decisions. Drive accountability by ensuring timely completion of recruitment-related actions. Facilitate communication between hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Escalate aging requisitions, delayed feedback, or process bottlenecks to HR leadership. Talent Sourcing & Community Outreach Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for production and operations positions. Build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, community organizations, and workforce development programs. Establish and maintain partnerships with local colleges, junior colleges, trade schools, technical institutes, and Regional Occupational Centers (ROC). Coordinate attendance at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities. Promote employment opportunities through educational institutions and workforce agencies. Process Improvement Recommend innovative recruiting strategies to improve applicant quality and increase candidate flow. Support employer branding initiatives that strengthen presence in the local labor market. Assist with recruitment projects and workforce planning initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Education Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience 2+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration, or staffing experience preferred. Experience scheduling interviews and supporting high-volume recruiting activities. Manufacturing, aerospace, or production recruiting experience is highly desirable. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and project management skills. Exceptional follow-up and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Workday experience preferred. Resourceful and creative approach to sourcing candidates. Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, educational institutions, and community partners. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
