Johnson Service Group is looking for a Sr. Office Specialist for one of our Client’s in San Jose. Key duties include records maintenance, assignment tracking, scheduling, and office supply management. The role also involves preparing documents, tracking expenses, and processing financial claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain records and track assignments to ensure timely approvals.
- Research and compile data for required forms and documentation.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain office supplies.
- Prepare agendas, memos, and presentations.
- Track project expenses, staff hours, and consultant payments.
- Manage p-card expenditures and process pre-approvals and expense claims.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience handling a variety of administrative tasks.
- Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
- Valid CA drivers license
Rate: $32.43 part-time 30 hours per week
