Tasks
Do you enjoy solving analytical tasks and understand technical challenges quickly?
Your main tasks include:
- Support in the further development process of the Austrian Airlines reservation system
- Assistance in the creation of new policies and dissemination throughout LHG
- Data analysis to answer process-related questions (e.g. for fraud detection), development of business cases and preparation of presentations Support in provider management to improve process efficiency and quality
- Support in the daily processes for maintaining the reservation system
- Organization and preparation of meetings with partners inside and outside LHG

Requirements
We are also looking for you if you have the following qualities:
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be attached to the application)
- Excellent analytical skills
- Quick comprehension to solve procedural and technical issues
- Reliable team player
- High degree of self-organization and sense of responsibility
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good MS Office user skills
- Unrestricted work permit for Austria
