QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Econometrics, Statistics or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payment area and fraud management
- Knowledge of Digital Payment Technologies
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Knowledge of Chargebacks Management is plus
- Knowledge of Indirect sales channel (NDC, GDS), BSP Payment services are plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge in statistics and data analysis
- Must have analytical persperctive, results-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic about new projects and digitalization
- Developing solutions that add value to the customer by working with internal and 3rd party parties.
- Negotiating, interacting, working on process gaps with multiple business lines
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the payment processes, ensuring the accuracy security of all transactions and the accuracy of financial records.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of payment transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Generate detailed reports on payment activities, security incidents, and risk management efforts. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Creating, editing, testing and improving different cases, scenarios and methods in payment journey processes.
- Developing the IT roadmap and prioritizing projects for related products. Implement agile methodologies to accelerate product development and enhance collaboration.
- Monitor and Analyze Payment transaction data to identify fraudulent activities and take necessary actions
- Build fraud alert mechanism by defining rule sets and constantly improve these rules
- Monitor the fraud metrics and generate regular reports
- Identify and adapt to newly formed fraud case
- Stay up to date with emerging fraud trends, new fraud schemes, and evolving technologies used by fraudsters
- Recommends enhancements and process improvements based on assessment of fraud systems and processes
- In case of expenditure objections, conducting the necessary research initiating and finalizing the transactions, and informing the customers
