We help our customers to find flexible logistics solutions from Finnair Cargo’s extensive network and air cargo products. As a Cargo Service Agent your main goal is to ensure high-quality customer service and operational cargo flow. We are currently looking for Cargo Service Agents to Customer Service and Flight Control. Cargo Service Agents report to Cargo Office Supervisors. Customer Service is an operative role which concentrates mainly on data and documentation processing. You will be serving B2B customers face-to-face and by phone as well as through different systems. At the front desk customer service, you are responsible for executing, steering, and monitoring acceptance and delivery processes in close cooperation with our stakeholders. Cargo booking and ad-hoc sales is the other significant part of customer service role. This role includes communicating with different stakeholders, reporting deviations and discrepancies, as well as participating in continuous development of daily operations. Flight Control is an operative role which concentrates mainly on data and documentation processing. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring operational status of assigned flights, cargo end-to-end message and documentation process. To succeed as our Cargo Service Agent, you do not necessarily need to have knowledge of air cargo processes yet. Experience from logistics related industry is considered as an advantage.
