Job Description Summary The Technical Administrator is responsible to organize Task list for production to perform the Maintenance and Overhaul activities accordance to the Engine Shop Manual.
Job Description
- Write and organize the Task List for engine/module/piece parts levels using the Smartshop system.
- Produce supporting documents such as Works Sheets, Inspection Report Sheets, Measurement Sheets, etc. to be used together with the Task List.
- Amendment and updating of Task List and related documents due to Engine Shop Manual revision.
- Manage the new revision of Engine Shop Manual in Revision Control Tracker and Release the new revision of Engine Shop Manual in SAP system.
- Manage the Process Documents applicable to repair process area as per GEESM internal procedure.
- Res po ns i b l e to unde r t a ke the neces s a r y action related to task list error either in SAP and/or Smartshop system.
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams for “Shop Floor Request” related to task list and supporting documents needed.
- Maintaining the Technical Publication of the Approved Technical Data as well as Internal Process Documents (Process Sheet, SOP, etc)
- Other relevant duties as assigned by superior.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering field. i.e Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Material Science Engineering with 1+ working experience in the same field of industry.
- Or fresh Bachelor Degree in Engineering field. i.e Aircraft Engineering, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Material Science Engineering also encourage to apply.
- Administrative experience including documentation review and processing.
- Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with an ERP system. Experience with SAP (OASIS) ERP strongly preferred.
- Good organizational skills and Attention to details for accuracy.
- Giving advantage to have understanding and familiar with the Aircraft Engine Shop Manual or any other related document related to aircraft manual
