Summary of the role
Provides data expertise necessary for customer operational support, investigations of IR/Claims and provide solutions through filing recommendations, escalation & follow-up.
In This Role You’ll
- Provides Investigation, Quality Analysis , Quality Checks on claim records escalated by Amadeus customers.
- Become product expert on the area of Fares and Pricing, including Amadeus Ticket Changer product to provide resolution and/or recommendations on claim cases received and escalated by Amadeus Customers.
- Responsible in disputing claim cases directly to the airline on behalf of the customer to accelerate resolution.
- Take ownership in contact deflection actions by providing filing recommendations and proposed actions on claims avoidance
About The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years in the Service Management Center or 3 years airline/travel agency particularly on fare quote, revenue management or claims processing area
- Good understanding of airlines/GDS environment
- Knowledge on Amadeus products and solutions, incident management, problem management, claims management
- Good analytical, problem solving, and project management
- Good command of the English language
- Advanced Excel skills, and background on case logging tools
- Amenable to work on a Hybrid work setup 2-3 days a week onsite. We are located in BGC Taguig
