As a Supply Chain Co-Op at Collins Aerospace, you’ll collaborate across functions to boost supplier performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve improving quality, cost, and delivery for the aftermarket repair and overhaul of critical aerospace components. Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).
What You Will Do:
- Develop, support, and drive recovery plans for suppliers with less than 95% on-time delivery and operational performance objectives.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers and Customer Account Managers to address and resolve customer service issues.
- Aggregate and analyze supplier performance across various value streams to publish monthly supplier scorecards.
- Ensure supplier compliance with all elements of the Aftermarket Product Support Agreement (PSA).
- Support local onsite supplier readiness and capacity assessments to facilitate new program growth.
- Assist in Quarterly Business Alignment Reviews with select suppliers and cross-functional Collins organizations.
- Contribute to Retrofit Planning Agreements with suppliers to support program industrial plans.
- Manage supplier performance against retrofit execution and report milestone plans to the program team.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Previous experience or coursework in Supply Chain, Operations, or Customer Service.
- Knowledge or experience in the Aftermarket & Aerospace Industry.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
