Senior Executive, Central Region International Marketing

Role Purpose
Accountable for driving the global marketing strategy for our company, focusing on increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating revenue growth.
Key Accountability
- Coordinate and execute the implementation of global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across key markets.
- Conduct market research and reports to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends, providing insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising.
- Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, and sales collateral, to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Plan and execute global marketing events, such as conferences, trade shows, and customer seminars, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and campaign execution across different markets.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and industry partners, to drive collaboration and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in global marketing, contributing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with 4 - 6 years of experience in related industry.
