The Position:
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality control operations. They will ensure that all maintenance activities meet the required quality standards, conduct inspections, and lead a team of quality inspectors to maintain high levels of quality throughout the organization.

Key Relationships
- Internal: Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to improve quality control processes.
- External: Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inspection procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of maintenance activities to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Investigate and address quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training and guidance to quality control inspectors to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality control processes and procedures.

- 5+ years of experience in quality control within the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
- Leadership experience in managing a team of quality inspectors.
