In a nutshell
In this exciting role as a CRM Delivery Lead, you'll help create targeted and segmented audiences to deliver the best and most relevant personalised experiences for our customers. You will be a critical component in the CRM and broader marketing team acting as the central point to support with the build and development of efficient workflows within Adobe Campaign to further develop your skills.
You will be passionate about delivery and generous with your knowledge, helping to upskill the broader team as well as driving efficiencies between the CRM team and our key partners. Day to day
- Daily delivery of best-in-class campaign activity across relevant digital channels (email, app, SMS, push, web)
- Test and learn approach to personalisation and how to optimise current activity to drive improved engagement and/or conversion
- Support relevant campaign activity as required in support of Inspire & Book, Pre-departure or Loyalty initiatives
- Time management & scheduling to ensure that all information is accurate and timely to support with resourcing and traffic workloads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimum delivery & resource planning
- Development of core systems to enable greater levels of self service across teams for templated communications across the customer journey
About you
Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to convey your thinking and expertise and to ensure effective liaison with internal stakeholders and external suppliers? Do you have the ability to interrogate briefs, influence thinking and deliver fabulous customer experiences? Do you enjoy learning new things and improving customer experiences? Then this could be the role for you!
Alongside the above, we're looking for the following:
- Proven marketing automation development (agency, supplier or client side)
- Experience with Adobe Campaign (or similar tools) workflow and integration.
- Experience with SQL query design and a good understanding of database design and development is desirable but not essential
- An understanding of global best practices of CRM marketing and data-driven marketing, ideally in a travel or retail environment
