Role Summary
Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air are seeking an Associate Partner or Partner to join the Talent Acquisition Outreach team. This role will maintain the relationship with the candidate as they work toward meeting full time job qualifications. As an individual contributor this role makes recommendations to improve pipelines and pathways programs to attract top talent including supporting outreach events to represent Alaska Airlines to the greater community. This role will create strong relationships with business leaders to help the collective team move forward Alaska Air Group goals and program goals
Key Duties
Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Outreach Associate Partner will assist in maintaining pipelines and pathway programs for AAG, including but not limited to college and high-school internship programs, AAG scholarship programs, technical pathways and other pipelines as needed.
With limited direction from the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Outreach Partner will manage select pipelines and pathways programs for AAG, including but not limited to college and high-school internship programs, AAG scholarship programs, technical pathways and other pipelines as needed.
Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills
Associate Talent Acquisition Outreach Partner (Professional 1)
Required
Bachelor’s degree or an additional 2 years of training/experience in lieu of degree.
Strong people and relational skills, with the ability to partner with professionals at all levels of the company and to collaborate and work productively in cross-divisional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to create and execute long term plan
Travel will be required (approx. 50%)
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be uthorized to work in the U.S.
Talent Acquisition Outreach Partner (Professional 2)
Required
2 years of experience in recruiting or a related area
Bachelor’s degree or an additional 2 years of training/experience in lieu of degree.
Experience with recruiting software; ATS, CRM, event management and other screening/scheduling automation software.
Excellent candidate and hiring manager service skills.
Strong people and relational skills, with the ability to partner with professionals at all levels of the company and to collaborate and work productively in cross-divisional teams
Moderate travel may be required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum age of 18.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary Range
$67,725 -- $111,600 / year
Pay Details
Professional level 1: $67,725 - 87,150
Professional level 2: $74,400 - 111,600
Salary Details
Pay will be based on multiple factors,includingand not limited to relevant experience/level, level of the role and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note: We don't typically hire at the top of the range.
