Summary Of The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Istanbul team in Talent Acquisition department. In this role you will partner with
highly dynamic Business Units in Amadeus IT Services Turkey and drive end to end Talent Acquisition process to ensure high quality talent pipeline creation for existing and upcoming business needs.

Join an international organization, be the single point of contact for Recruitment in Turkey under EMEA Region.
Sourcing
- Demonstrate creative excellence in research and manage wide candidate pools using various sources and funnels,
- Show your online sourcing techniques, head hunting skills,
- Developing a proactive talent pool. Keep up with the new trends used by prospects,
- Make suggestions for appropriate candidate sources/channels.
- Contributing/ owning/leading improvement suggestions & implementation of ideas, projects etc.
End To End Recruitment
- Be responsible from graduate and internship recruitment execution,
- Be the role model of employer ambassador,
- Understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate matches between position requirements and individual profiles within KPI’s,
- Provide the candidates with the best experience during hiring process,
- Create high quality of candidate pipeline (shortlists),
- Manage assessment methods execution,
- Conduct competency based interviews,
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for advertisement, job postings, selecting and talent acquisition process etc.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate and create long lasting relationships with hiring managers,
- Using data to report and confidently identify bottlenecks, solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions.
About The Ideal Candidate
- University degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience in end to end recruitment and innovative sourcing for prospective candidates on different hierarchical levels,
- University degree in business administration, human resources or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience in IT / software development industries,
- Experience of LinkedIn Recruiter tool, sourcing techniques,
- Experience with employer branding and university programs is a plus,
- Experience with Work Day is a plus,
- Advance MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
- Language skills: English: Fluent, written and oral
- Strong networking, influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong Time Management, organizational and planning skills
