Tasks
As the
Corporate Key Account Manager and Director Sales, you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including:
- Development and implementation of customer sales strategies, continuous update of such. Regular review of action plan implementation, target achievement and account performance, quarterly reporting to management about status of target achievement and account performance
- Management and coordination of the holistic customer relationship, organization of regular customer visits, customer activities and events, coordination of management involvement, ensuring maximum proximity to customers’ decision makers
- Conduct regular feedback rounds and lessons learnt with customer, analysis of customer satisfaction, identification of critical issues regarding customer relationship, deduction of possible solutions
- All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- At least 5 years’ experience within sales respectively customer interface required
- Solid experience on sales and negotiation methods required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and French language desirable
- Knowledge in Aviation MRO Industry required
- Good knowledge of internal processes and interfaces within the Lufthansa Technik Group required
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SAP CRM as user
- Responsible of employees (virtual team)
- Responsible of budget: costs and revenue
- Willingness to travel
