About The Role & Team
As an Account Representative you actively manage & develop a portfolio of Tier 4 customers for new business development. Act as the ultimate owner of the customer relationship, focused on building customer satisfaction, loyalty and advocacy. Uncover opportunities and close business in the Tier 4 segment. You will be accountable for pro-actively reach out to prospects and uncover potential sales opportunities.
Reporting to the Account Director you will be a part of the Americas Sales Team responsible for selling our technology products across airline, airports, government, etc...

What You Will Do
- Lead sales activities to achieve short- and long-term goals, managing up to 10 Tier 4 clients.
- Collaborate with account management teams for sustainable, profitable growth.
- Build strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring loyalty.
- Understand customer needs to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
- Present unique insights to reshape customer perspectives and align with their priorities.
- Grow the sales pipeline by converting qualified marketing leads into sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer requests and ensure timely delivery of agreed services.
- Facilitate two-way communication, linking customer needs to SITA's value proposition.
- Monitor account status and resolve commercial, delivery, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance and support cash collection by addressing any payment-related issues.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience in building and managing client relationships at the managerial level.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Successful experience in business development and managing sales pipelines.
- Skilled in executing account development plans.
- Strong understanding of B2B business models.
- Solid sales, negotiation, and consultation skills.
- Familiar with business dynamics in the relevant geography or sector.
- Knowledge of competitors' business models, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Expertise in account development planning and management methodology.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a basic understanding of contract structures and legal aspects.
- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
