Job Description:
Finance Training & Development Intern | We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Summer Intern to join our Finance Training & Development team at L3Harris. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training and development within the finance function. The ideal candidate will bring a process improvement focus and technical abilities to identify skill gaps and develop a training program that enhances the capabilities of our workforce.
- Skill Gap Identification: Assess existing trainings to identify skill gaps within the program.
- Training Course Development: Design, develop, and implement a training program tailored to address identified skill gap.
- Presentation & Communication: Present training programs to finance team members and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements within the finance training framework.
- Collaborative Projects: Work collaboratively with finance and other cross-functional teams to support various training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work individually with other team members with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Microsoft Office Excel experience required; advanced Excel skills preferred
