Purpose of this role:
Take charge of Commercial Aviation’s promotion activities and events management, and in alignment with the company’s broader global promotion strategy to support the sales, marketing and communications campaigns in a manner that effectively influence the desired market segment and targeted audiences.

Key Accountabilities:
Promotion Strategy Coordination
- Develop regional promotion plans in alignment with the commercial aviation business strategies and budget;
- Collaborate with, and routinely brief, Embraer’s global promotions team in Brazil as to ensure the specific requirements of China are reflected in the company’s overall brand strategy, and to support new content development as required.
- identify and advise on suitable events and initiatives to increase the market awareness of Embraer in support of active sales campaigns and business development activities;
- Work with key media to seek for cooperation opportunities for brand and product promotion, and closely monitor advertisement placement with a brilliant spending mindset;
- Identify and manage the selection of regional suppliers for marketing collateral, including printed material, signage, models, or any other items to assist with Embraer’s brand and product positioning. Maintain the database of vendors for various services and have it kept updated and share to team;
- Support the gift/giveaway management to guarantee the quality of purchased goods reflect the concept of value-for-money. New giveaways should reflect innovation spirit and vision of the company. Maintain giveaway stock at proper level for consumption during sale campaigns and activities of any other departments within the company;
- Attend and actively participate in events as required to support the overall promotion strategy.
Event Management
- Support the planning, execution, and management of regional events at which Embraer hosts and participates, including but not limited to air shows, aircraft demo tours, corporate events, conferences, and industry seminars and any other ad-hoc events by working with event organizers, subcontractors, coordinators, vendors, and design teams for on-site collateral.
- Liaise with major industry event organizers to define Embraer’s level of sponsorship and participation as to ensure optimal brand awareness and market penetration, in line with the marketing budget;
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to ensure the corporate image is well established of the mentioned events. Control the event quality to meet Embraer benchmark. To generate event debriefing after the event; On Compliance Request
- Ensure the company policy over bidding process is closely followed throughout the procurement activities. Generate monthly cost report together with finance team. Make sure all the purchase to go through due diligence if needed;
- Be responsible for generating promotional related monthly expenses report and maintain the yearly accounting book updated; Be responsible for database input as the SAP requester;
- Make sure all the giveaways are according to compliance standard.
- Working according to the Company’s other compliance guidance and code of ethics.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably but not limited to English/Literature/business/commerce or equivalent
- Experience: 8 years or above relevant experience or above, aviation background is preferred.
- Language: Fluent English and Mandarin in both writing and speaking
