What You Will Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of
Administrative Assistant supporting a senior executive leader & members of their leadership team, working in a technology driven, fast paced, and agile environment.
The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter, able to work in a highly collaborative, virtual, and versatile environment handling an array of duties and responsibilities with particular focus on time management and multi-tasking abilities.
The incumbent will be confident to handle important office decisions, effective and flawless with calendar management (resolving any conflicts effectively and efficiently), professionally screening incoming calls and follow up correspondence, scheduling all aspects of travel (domestic and international), accurately processing expense and mileage reports with timely submission, meeting preparations to include booking conference room and coordinating with catering facilities and prioritizing tasks, assisting with PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, maintaining accurate and updated organization charts, attending executive staff meeting, taking meeting minutes and distribute action items to attendees. In addition, be able to participate in special projects, embrace and execute any and all other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree.
- Minimum of 8 years related work experience inclusive of senior level administrative support
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and video/virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom and Teams)
- Self-motivated team player with desire and drive to learn and grow
- Operate efficiently, learn, adapt quickly and lean forward
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Problem-solver with sound business judgment
- Collaborate effectively with all team members
- Forward thinker with proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Tech savvy – proficient with Microsoft office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to navigate across broader organization
- Follows directions thoroughly and maintains confidentiality of any company sensitive information

Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:
- Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

The salary range for this role is 48,000 USD - 116,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
