Marketing Manager - International under our Marketing Team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and deploys strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives, for all markets outside the Philippines, that is aligned with the airline’s business priorities and objectives. These objectives include, but are not limited to, building seat load factor and lifting brand awareness in international markets.
- Maintains relationships with external travel and tourism partners, collaborates with them for joint campaigns to achieve business goals, and uses local marketing insights for localized campaigns or business development
- Oversees the team’s strategic marketing operations projects as part of internal business process improvement
- Drives digitalization of processes, and builds an agile and collaborative working culture across markets and teams
- Ensures marketing communications follow brand standards, are accurate and compliant with applicable laws and regulations (including data privacy), and localized especially for non-English markets
Qualifications:
- College graduate, marketing, business or communications course
- At least 6 years of relevant digital marketing or customer marketing experience (proven ability to act on customer segment data to drive desired behavior)
- Experience handling international markets / teams or travel industry
- Marketing certifications a plus
- CRM experience or Salesforce marketing cloud certifications a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong project and people management skills
- Results-driven, data-driven and conscientious
- Willing to travel for work
- Fast learner with an innovative mindset
Notes:
This position will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but on a hybrid work environment (at least 3x a week onsite)
