Senior Manager, Joint-Airline Business & Partnership Strategy
Role Purpose
Supports the development, the translation and the execution of key business partnerships for MAG
Key Accountability
- Drive and execute the strategic assessment of the partnership (existing and future) in view of performance / priorities for MAG.
- Support the initiation, implementation and development of the different joint businesses, including coordination with MAG business units and coordination with partners
- Support the management of joint steering committees / negotiations / meetings with airline partners and Steering Committee for Pillar 3 of MAG Business Plan
- Lead for specific workstreams / mini projects or analytics work to support decision making related to partnership strategy for MAG
- Manage negotiations with partners
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration with at least 7-8 years working experience in fields related to business planning, analytics or strategy. Strong preference towards candidate with airline commercial background
- Master in Law, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration at least 4-5 years working experience in fields related to business planning, analytics or strategy. Strong preference towards candidate with airline commercial background

Key Challenges
- Ability to effectively support the execution of the identified partnership priorities and plans in a cohesive and timely manner
- Ensuring the targeted joint-business agreements are implemented according to the expected timelines by working closely with key airline and regulatory stakeholders
- Ability to work cohesively with other working groups within MAG and airline partners' working teams to ensure seamless implementation of the targeted partnerships and incremental revenue in line with expectation
