SUPERVISOR, PRODUCTION (COPV) - 2ND SHIFT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise manufacturing and production of COPV bottles and Aft Structure builds
- Direct hardware delivery projects for the development of structural components
- Effectively manage an overall staff of 15+ technicians
- Manage schedule and work load according to customer and business needs
- Communicate deliverables with customer groups and upper management
- Oversee employee performance reviews, training, and personnel qualifications
- Review machine maintenance and efficiency changes to production processes
- Manage area chores and metrics, and present status via monthly business reviews
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- 1+ years of experience leading a team or project
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 5+ years in operational leadership
- Strong experience managing feeder shops, structural, and mechanical assemblies
- Extensive experience in manufacturing within aerospace
- 3+ years of experience in structures, fabrication, and machine maintenance
- Experience with management and oversight of complex projects
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Possess physical dexterity in order to correctly set up tooling and hardware
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of collaboration tools
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work 2nd shift hours, extended hours, and/or weekends as needed
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday 2:30pm - 12:30am
- Must be willing to travel for short/extended trips as needed
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. unassisted
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Pay range:
Supervisor: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00/per year
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
