Our Talent Management & Leadership Diagnostic team works on sustainable and innovative talent programs and leadership diagnostics to find, identify and develop talent.

Tasks
As part of your internship, you will gain insights into the development and implementation of talent processes and young talent programs. The department has a wide range of tasks for you:
- Assistance in the supervision of various talent & young talent programs
- Participation in the conceptual design of talent & young talent programs
- Communication, internal and external promotion of our programs and processes
- Support and independent organization of workshops & events
- Support the team in day-to-day operations, such as the creation of presentations

Requirements
Our team has a wide variety of academic backgrounds and we welcome your individual skills and specializations. What counts is your passion for HR & the airline industry!
- You are at least in your third semester at the time of the internship
- You are enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (a current certificate of enrollment and written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or between your Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
- You enjoy innovative topics, conceptual work and helping to shape new projects
- Organizational talent, structured way of working and quick comprehension skills
- Confident appearance, social skills and team orientation
- Ideally practical experience in the field of human resources
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good knowledge of English and German
